BlueSky is the OG, the way most of us explorers found our way into the ATmosphere. It was the entry point, the portal, the unlocked door that we ran into as we ran away from the big mean Twitter.
What is BlueSky?
According to the internet, BlueSky is a microblogging social media service where users can share short posts containing text, photos and videos.

What can I do on BlueSky?
If you've used the big bad Twitter, Facebook or Threads, you'll basically already know how to use BlueSky.
First, you create a profile which includes a profile photo/avatar and header image/banner. Then you write your bio. You are limited to 256 characters in your bio, including emojis and links.
After your profile is set, you can begin exploring the site. Follow some people, engage with some posts and then get into the real cool stuff: Feeds and Starter Packs. These two features set BlueSky apart and allow you to really curate your experience on the app.
BlueSky doesn't have an algorithm in the traditional sense (don't worry if you don't know what means because frankly, we've never cared enough to find out), so finding content across BlueSky is really up to you and your own discovery habits. Feeds and Starter Packs allow other people to collect up users and posts you might be interested in seeing.
